Inside the Plastic Cell Phone Antenna

Taking a look at the design of the Cell Phone antenna for 3 and 4G cell phone bands.  Used with cell phone booster. Now you know what the inside looks like and why they built it the way they did.

I have been wanting to see what is on the inside of one of these wedged shaped Cell Phone Booster Antennas for a long time.  So I purchased a cheap one and an expensive one.  There built exactly the same way.  No difference.  Most likely from the same plant in China.

Anyway I made this video to show you what I learned regarding this antenna.  Ranges from 8db on the lower band of 800 MHz all the way up to 2700 MHz yielding some 11db gain. Check out this video to learn more.
