Vivaldi Password Import and Export is a easy and streight forward system that can be read by a spreadsheet if needed.  Just type in the URL:   vivaldi://flags/#passwordimport  Here you will enable the first three tabs.  You will see the screen below.

Now that we have setup the Import and Export of Passwords for Vivaldi, we will go to the URL:   vivaldi://settings/passwords    .  You will see the screen below. Just before where the saved passwords are viewed, you will see 3 dots to the right just above the password view port.  This will give you the option of importing or exporting your passwords.

Here you can see the dialog box pop up giving you the option of importing and exporting the passwords.

And that is all there is to it!  You can now put a copy of your passwords on a flash drive and import them into another computer.  It is just that easy!

Addtional Settings:
Now if you have Vivaldi already installed on another computer, you can also copy all the settings and bookmarks by doing the following...  go to your user folder on the C: drive using mycomputer as a file manager.  Select show hidden files and folders.  Now you can see the following.... AppData.  Double click the AppData folder and you will find 3 file folders.

You will need to locate the Local folder and click on it.

Inside the Local folder is a list of programs you use on the computer.  Scroll down to Vivaldi and copy that folder over to a flash drive to put on another computer.  Now your web browser will be the same on all your computers.  It is just this simple!  Enjoy!!!
